Our computer Programs offer investors financial analysis and sales projections in a multitude of customized formats, letting you know how many pounds of feed your cattle ate today or from the first day they came into the yard. We can give you the cost of feed per head, per day, the rate of projected gain each day, and the estimated weight of your cattle each day. Our reports have the capacity to factor in things from breed, place of origin, ration mix to entry condition. POKY Feeders invoices on a bimonthly basis.

| GRAIN CONTRACTS AND CORN BANKING |
|

Contracted corn prices are available to guarantee a stable price throughout the feeding period. We will participate in a corn banking, whereby corn growers can feed their own grain, taking advantage of a higher yield option and reducing their cash outlay.

| NEARBY PACKERS |
|
|
|
At your request, we’ll keep you up-to-date with projections of finishing date from the first day your cattle arrive at our feed yard. When that day comes, we’ll have buyers there to see them. All the major and regional packers are represented at POKY Feeders each week. Our close proximity to the packers bring buyers in when your cattle are at their peak and ready to be marketed, or you have the option to kill your cattle through the new marketing system of U.S. Premium Beef. Sales to U.S. Premium Beef is a new innovative way to capture value of superior cattle.

| RATIONS |

The pens are road and inspected twice a day by our trained cowboys, with the cattle being fed three times daily. POKY Feeders feeds a well mixed, quality ration. This maximizes gains by improving the palatability of feedstuff. Modern equipment, including digital scale feed trucks, deliver consistent loads to the bunks, making bunk management efficient.

| YARD MAINTENANCE |

The entire yard is thoroughly maintained to reduce stress on the cattle and provide cost efficient care. The location of the yard lends itself to dryer pens year round.

| SECURITY |

We maintain security as our staff makes rounds throughout the night to watch after the well being of the animals. POKY Feeders is committed to maintaining the value of your investment.

| GETTING STARTED |
|
|
|

- You can send your own feeder cattle to POKY Feeders. We also work with independent buyers who can procure cattle to fit your needs.
- Pen sizes generally range from 1 to 3 loads of cattle. As a result POKY Feeders can accommodate your needs. Our yard currently has a capacity of 57,000 head, and is running at fully capacity with ample room for expansion.
- Each animal is inspected and processed as it arrives in our yard. Pens are sorted and evaluated based on weight and background. The professional services of an independent animal nutritionist are employed to determine ration formulations and efficient feed management for each pen.

| Feeders interested in using futures and options are given assistance at their request. POKY Feeders has the ability to finance your cattle and feed if you need. POKY Feeders will finance your cattle, for those ranchers wanting to retain ownership of their cattle. |

| POKY FEEDERS ANIMAL HOSPITAL & STATE OF THE ART ANIMAL CARE |

Animal care is top priority. POKY Feeders cowboys take great pride in maintaining the cattle in top condition. Our cowboys are well trained and experienced in animal care. At the first sign of stress, off-condition animals are removed to a hospital treatment area. We have a staff veterinarian who is responsible for our animal health.
